The Story Of How Whit+Nick Came to Be
From the start…
We grew up 3 years and 2 countries apart - fate intervened and brought us together as 1.
For close to a quarter-century, we missed one another:
Both immigrated to NorCal
Both relocated to SoCal for UCI
Both attended the same church in Irvine
Yet, somehow our paths never crossed until…
April, 2018…
At the time, it seemed like a tragedy when Whitney was involved in a terrible car accident, looking back, it was a blessing in disguise. Whitney reached out to Nick for advice on replacing her totaled car, what she didn’t realize was that was the beginning of our story.
Falling in Love
Throughout the years, Whitney and Nick for the most part have been acquaintances and friends.
However, this time was different.
From the car dealership visits, to celebrating with Nick’s coworkers, to endless conversations about dreams and aspirations, we knew we were made for each other.

After attending our close friends’ wedding as an unofficial, yet totally intentional “plus one”, Nick worked up the courage to ask Whitney if he can pursue her - to which Whitney happily agreed.
After 10 long minutes of pursuit, they became a couple.
The Process
Of course, we had our bad days and worse days - but each day, we got to know and love each other more. We made it our goal to grow together.
Our relationship is not a fairy tale nor perfect, but it’s the only one we will ever choose.
